Church Planting: In Orissa state people are strongly worshiping Idols, Animals, and Tress and filled with witchcrafts. There are many villages in Orissa state is still in the darkness and yet the Gospel of Saviour Jesus Christ was not reached and we want to reach out these villages and plant churches. With us 20 Pastors, and evangelist who are working for the Lord, reaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached areas and untouched people groups in Orissa state. They are doing the work by faith even thou they are poor and backward people, it is very hard for them to give good education to their children and house also not so well. Pastors and Christian family facing many difficulties and they do not want more things but looking for their daily need through whom the lord will provide their daily need of their family. They work with us by faith because we are doing the work of the lord not for human but for our lord Jesus Christ. I pastor Rajiv Sipka not getting any financial support from any Christian missions and our Church also independent church not affiliated with any missions. The lord is helping and using us to build the kingdom of God throughout Orissa state. We have a vision and burden to reach out the living gospel throughout Orissa state and save the life of the people for God’s. We are in needs of financial support, Bicycle, Church building, house for believers , etc.

Greeting to you in the precious name of our lord Jesus Christ. I Pastor Rajiv Sipka would like to share little about my testimony and our ministries activity in Orissa state. I was born and brought up in Christian family from my childhood I stayed and studied in Christian hostel up to my 10th class and then for higher study I came back to my home and completed my secular study B.A (Bachelor of Arts). At the age of 16 years, I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savoir. From my childhood I have interested to serve the Lord because I learned about Jesus Christ from hostel life, so after graduation. I decided to go for theological study and I applied Bible College for B.Th (Bachelor of Theology) in Andhra Pradesh State again I applied for M.Div (Master of Divinity) in Rajasthan State after that the lord help me to work for Him in the state of Bihar for a year. Then I came back to my village to takeover Independent local church ministry. God gave me wonderful vision through Matthew- 28: 19-21 “Fulfilled the great commission”. Sir Kalahandi District is a very backward among all other district of Orissa. It is an important prayer letter to pray, share with your Church and Friend’s. Our vision and burden is to reach the unreached with the saving gospel of Jesus Christ and to save the orphans, poor children and bringing a message of hope to the seemingly hopeless community.

Children Ministry:
Kalahandi dist is a backward and poorest district of Orissa. In these villages thousands of children are school dropout, poor and orphans they are not getting any help from their parents and even in the villages mainly untouchable of low caste and in the community they have no rights to study with high community. None of them are giving hope and education. When I saw this situation I asked to the Lord to give hope for them by giving education, shelter and above all the love of God. By God grace many poor and orphans children are coming to Sunday school. 30 children attending every Sunday school and learning the bible verses, Christian story, new songs and Christian behaviour. These children parents are very poor so they do not send to school they take their child for labour work to earn money for to survive their family. But by God grace many parents now sending their children to Sunday School we are sorry that we could not able to help more to these children due to financial problem only we could helped them in spiritually so far but we pray that the lord will open the door of blessing so these children will get all kinds of help and they are in urgent needs of Books and pen, School uniform, school bags, shoes, medicine etc. If these children will get hostel to stay then it will be great blessing in their life as well as for their parents. We are praying to God to open the door for children home and English School because we do not have children home and English school. We like to build up children and make their future bright.
In our village 15 Old Men and Women and widows are participating in every Sunday service and they are good believers of our church and they are the example to our young men and women but we are sorry that we could not able to help materially only spiritually we are helping them. They are staying with their son's and daughter home but they are not getting enough food and cloths. Even they cannot ask anybody or complain anybody because they love their children, so how they will be against of their children. Nowadays children are not taking care of their Old parents but still old parents love and pray for them. They are in need of House, Food, cloths, head oil, and soap, etc.
Youth’s Ministry:
Also the same way we have burden for the youth's because many youth's are not know about our lord Jesus Christ and they are still in the worldly place. We conduct youth meeting, arrange youth camps and teach the word of God. Many youths are responding to us and we are praying and working for the Lord to extent the God's kingdom and more soul will be added in the kingdom of God. We like to arrange a general meeting for all people group to participate in meeting and hear the word of God and are blessed. All the aspects of our community are our response to this urgent need. With great expectation we request you that kindly pray for our ministries. Sir we heartily invite you to Orissa state please come and Share your great testimony with us, teach us the living word of God to youth workers, pastors, evangelist, and preach the Gospel in our churches and help us to understand deeply the word of God. We like to work for the lord by partner with your ministry and missions. It is our prayer that the lord may bring his servant to minister in our place and fulfil all needs of our ministries.
